Since the release of the MXR, we’ve been listening, gathering feedback, and taking the necessary steps to assess and execute improvements. Through rigorous testing with field players and pros, we’ve identified key refinements to enhance performance and reliability. 

While these updates apply primarily to an earlier run of MXR markers, we remain committed to evolving the platform and ensuring the best possible experience for our players and customers.

Today, we’re rolling out four key updates to refine the MXR platform, designed from direct input from players and field testers.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE UPDATE KIT?

The MXR Factory Update Kit includes four key upgrades aimed at optimizing your marker’s performance:

1. Refined Breech Sleeve – Improved bore-to-sleeve paint matching, snugger fit, and adjusted o-ring position for enhanced performance.
2. Gen2 Bolt Tip – Helps prevent rollback and improves paint handling for greater consistency.
3. Body O-Ring Update – Stabilizes the upper board for a more responsive and consistent trigger feel.
4. Battery Door Springs – Upgraded with heavier springs for a more secure and reliable battery connection.

These updates are free of charge to eligible MXR owners, ensuring that your marker operates at its best.

HOW TO REQUEST YOUR FREE MXR FACTORY UPDATE KIT

If you own an MXR marker from an earlier production run, you may be eligible for this free upgrade kit. Follow the steps below to request your update:

1. GATHER YOUR INFORMATION

Please provide the following details in your request:

2. SUBMIT A PHOTO FOR VERIFICATION

Take a clear image of the right side of your MXR with the front battery cover sleeve removed, ensuring the serial number is visible.
